The Terms and Conditions as described here apply to every product offered by Lorca, whether through the web shop or not, and also on all deliveries. By placing an order you automatically agree to the General Terms and Conditions. Lorca's General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Purchase and Payment

All payments have to be completed in order to confirm and complete a purchase. The seller retains ownership of all goods until completed payment. To ensure safe online payment and the security of your personal data, payments are made through Multisafepay.

Delivery and Delivery Times

The delivery times given by Lorca are approximate and are also not fixed deadlines. We are not responsible for the loss or for material and/or other damages of any kind that the customer or a third party would suffer as a result of transportation, delivery, deposit of the delivered products, etc., among others. Different conditions may apply for deliveries abroad. Delivery costs are free for orders over 200€. For orders below 200€ we charge a fixed amount of 10€. 

Return period, defects and returns

For all products purchased through the webshop, according to the Belgian law on trade practices, consumer information and protection of 12 April 2010, you have a reflection period of 14 calendar days. There is no penalty attached to renouncing the purchase and this can be done without giving reasons. Shipping costs are not refunded and return shipping is at your own expense (deducted from the refund). 

There is no right of renunciation when the product and packaging are no longer in original, complete, undamaged, saleable and unused condition. In the event that after return, it is determined that the items have been washed or worn, we expressly reserve the right to refuse the items. In this case, the purchase price will not be refunded and you will receive written notice from us. You must return the goods no later than 14 days after receipt. The shipping date counts as a check. The direct costs for returning are the responsibility of the buyer. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will always be refused and returned to sender. You are obliged to carefully inspect the goods (or have them inspected) immediately upon receipt. If a visible defect or shortcoming is found, you must report this to us within 7 days after delivery via e-mail to info@lorca.be.

A non-visible defect must be reported by the consumer in writing or by e-mail no later than 14 days after delivery. Lorca will refund you the purchase price (without deducting return costs), within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Privacy and Warranty Policy

Lorca follows the official warranty guidelines of its suppliers. All personal data is carefully stored and managed in a database. Personal data are used only for processing and internal management. They are not passed on to third parties under any circumstances. In accordance with the Personal Data Processing Law of 08/12/1992, the user has a legal right of access and possible correction of his personal data.

Major force

Major force includes all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, over which Lorca has no control, but which prevent Lorca from fulfilling its obligations.

During Major force, Lorca's delivery and other obligations are suspended. 

Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros and are VAT included . Shipping costs are listed separately.

The contents of this site, including trademarks, logos, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc. are protected by intellectual rights and belong to Lorca or entitled third parties.
